Sapientify reserves the right to reject / cancel any order. Sapientify in its sole discretion may cancel any
ORDERS:
i. If you suspect a fraudulent transaction, or
ii. If you suspect that a customer has undertaken a transaction that does not comply with the Terms of Use
Reimbursement / cancellation policies applicable to the following terms:
a) In case the buyer cancels the online money order 3 product order days, the entire order amount will be refunded.
b) In case the buyer has started subscribing to online courses and has completed more than 10%, the order can not be refunded.
c) In case there is an option for online data download, cancellation will not be possible
d) In case of failed transactions or double realization of the account for the same order, the total from the deducted amount will be returned.
e) In case of canceled orders / failed transactions, bank transaction / buyer card fees, if any, is likely to be lost
f) Sapientify does not offer any guarantees for the accuracy or timeliness of card refunds / buyer account
